This form is for EDST students to complete an online profile which will be listed on the Department of Educational Studies (EDST) website.
Although the department maintains student records, the public site will only list the information you provide here, to allow each student to specify the level of details included in their profile. By completing this form, you acknowledge that the information you send will be listed on the Department of Educational Study public website on the student profiles page. You agree that the information you submit may be edited for tone and length. The information will be removed on graduation, or by request. Most of the sections are optional; just fill in what you would like to share.
Your profile will be listed after it has been reviewed by EDST staff.
