Responsible for the management of all administrative and financial aspects of EDST, and reports to the Head.
Manages and supervises secretarial and clerical staff.
Liaises with Deputy Head and TEO regarding course scheduling.
In consultation with the Deputy Head, coordinates hiring and appointment of sessional instructors and graduate students.
In consultation with the Deputy Head, organizes teaching loads for faculty, sessional instructors and GTAs.
Liaises with the Executive Committee on Space Allocation and Appointment of GAAs.
Liaises with individual Faculty members on appointment of GRAs.
Maintains research and special account files for faculty.
Responsible for building maintenance and Health and Safety issues.
