EdD in Educational Leadership and Policy

UBC’s Doctor of Education (EdD) program in Educational Leadership and Policy is a doctoral program for educational professionals with leadership and policy responsibilities. EdD students work in a range of educational fields and settings, including post-secondary student affairs and advancement, K-12 school leadership, adult and community education organizations, unions, health professions education, et cetera.

  • Individuals wanting to explore and investigate an overlooked or underdeveloped aspect of their professional practice 
  • Leaders wanting to better understand and engage with a key area or need of their field or community
