The presentation will highlight current migration developments and integration discourses in Europe and discuss selected challenges for the education system with a focus on adult education. The speaker will also give an insight into her own research on “Active Citizenship Learning” and “Migration and Aging” in Austria.
Dr. Annette Sprung is Professor of Migration and Education at the University of Graz/Austria and will be visiting UBC in June/July 2023.
