Bio
Hadijah Ahmad is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Malaysia. Her primary research focuses on leadership, governance, and integrity in technical and vocational education and training (TVET), with particular attention to collaborative governance and leadership practices among senior leaders in complex, multi-provider systems.
She has also published research on organizational behavior, management issues in higher education institutions, and autism-related studies. At University of British Columbia, her work engages with leadership, management, and organizational issues in Higher Education Institution.
