The learning experience in EDST and at UBC lead me to become passionate about student support and student development. I currently develop and run co-curricular first-year learning strategy and academic skills programming. And, I coordinate first-year inquiry-based seminar courses and the utmONE Foundations courses at the University of Toronto Mississauga’s Institute for the Study of University Pedagogy. Prior to my current role, I professionally supported students through first-year experience initiatives, experiential and service-learning opportunities, academic success coaching, and peer-assisted learning programs working at both Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia.
