Stéphanie is a research assistant at Simon Fraser University’s Faculty of Health Sciences with Dr. Travis Salway’s lab. She works on projects related to sexual health education, sexual health anxiety, sexual and gender minority mental health, and conversion therapy. She has a background in research about the delivery and history of sexual health education in Vancouver schools. Her M.Ed. research examined the benefits and drawbacks of peer sexual health educators in schools. She comes to the research world with 10 years experience in Communications, Live television, and TV/radio news production.
